How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, pick your piece, choose your size or colour, and add it to the cart. Checkout takes less than two minutes — no account needed, though creating one lets you track orders and save addresses.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. All payments are processed over an encrypted, secure connection.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the order can no longer be modified — but you can always return it after delivery.

How long will my order take?

How do I track my order?

Every parcel ships with tracking. As soon as your order is on its way, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it door to door.

What does “925 sterling silver” mean?

925 sterling silver is an alloy of 92.5% pure silver — the jewellery industry standard for quality silver. Pure silver on its own is too soft for everyday wear, so it is strengthened with other metals while keeping its bright, lasting finish.

Is your jewellery safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Sterling silver is hypoallergenic and nickel-safe, making it a comfortable choice for most people with sensitive skin.

Will my jewellery tarnish?

Silver naturally reacts with air and moisture over time. A soft polishing cloth brings the shine straight back. Store pieces in a dry place (the gift box they arrive in works perfectly) and keep them away from perfumes, chlorine and salt water.

How do I choose the right ring size?

Wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres — that is the inside circumference. Match it to a standard ring size chart, and when in doubt, size up.

What necklace lengths do you offer?

Most of our necklaces come in classic lengths such as 40 cm (choker), 45 cm (princess) and 50 cm (matinee). The available options are listed on each product page.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry — that should not happen. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
