Processing Time

Every order is carefully inspected, packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Tracking

Every order ships fully tracked. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it from our workshop to your door.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country’s import policy before ordering.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address entered on the order, and we are unable to reroute parcels once they are in transit. If you notice an error right after ordering, contact us immediately and we will try to fix it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
